Hotel Policies
Please carefully read and understand our Terms & Conditions. Once your booking is confirmed, you accept all our Terms & Conditions.
Furthermore, guests need to observe the following policies:
No pets
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 10AM (unless by prior arrangement)
Self check-in with lockbox
Please observe the quiet hours between 9pm and 7am
Please no touching of ornaments
Please refer to our house manual for all rules and regulations
Please watch children in pool at all times
WiFi is available to guests free of charge, we cannot however guarantee the continual availability of service
If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000 out of your security deposit.
Privacy
Any information gathered during the normal course of making and confirming a booking will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to any third party.
Security
The home has locks on all accessible doors and windows. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure the home is locked at all times when vacating the premises. We will not take any responsibility for any personal goods broken or lost on the property during your stay.
Cancellations & Refunds
If your plans change and you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund for any accomodation fees paid within 48 hours of your booking being confirmed (so long as you are 2 weeks out from your intended check in date). Any bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to your intended arrival date will be refunded 50% of the accomodation fees. No refund for accomodation fees will be given for any bookings cancelled within 7 days of your intended arrival date.
